BS4INNO is an Erasmus+ project aiming to educate and train Business Succession Planners (BSPs) to guide and train SMEs in preparing their succession process.
The project focuses on enhancing digital skills, competences, and providing the necessary tools to assist BSPs and SMEs in planning, supervising, and evaluating business succession procedures.
The Project
The project is aiming at creating the basis for a common methodology and a more systematic approach on developing quality services on Business Succession.
Emphasis will be given in the education on digital skills, competences and digital tools which can assist both the BSPs and the SMEs to plan, supervise and evaluate the business succession procedure.
The direct objective of the project will be the interconnection of the VET sector with the SMEs through the BSPs skills and competences. BS4INNO will contact benchmarking activities to identify the gap between SMEs need and the BSP skills, develop the occupational profile of the BSP, develop the Business Succession Planner Curriculum, create the educational material and additional tools, train through an online platform the trainers, and evaluate the material by engaging relevant stakeholders.
